About Me

Hi! I’m Shannon Tani and I currently live in Waikiki, though I’m trying to get back to my hometown in Upstate New York. Yes, yes…I know that there’s snow there!

If you’re the type of person that’s impressed by academic credentials, I was valedictorian of my high school class and I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Wellesley College.

Most people, however, are interested in experience and I have loads of it. After college, I worked as a technical support rep for a software company, where I wrote some knowledge base articles. I’ve also been an after-school writing teacher and an ESL pre-school teacher in Japan, where I helped to develop some curriculum.

I’ve been a freelance writer for two years. Aside from my samples, I also have several hundred articles that I wrote for Work.com. You can also check out my EzineArticles profile.
